Bonding thru Board Games is a tool K-State Research & Extension utilize to strengthen family relationship. at the Mega event we give the opportunity for the community, families and individuals, to play board games all day long. It's an opportunity to test new board games and to experience the bonding family dynamic through playing board games. Hopefully, families are inspired to have a family board game night of their own.
Volunteers will teach a simple board game of their choice at an assigned table to any family or individuals that would like to play that particular board game. At the end of the play time, the volunteer will make sure the board game has all the pieces back.
Volunteers will be trained 30 min. of their time commitment. Volunteer time will be in 2hr. time slot (s):
8:30-11:00
10:30-1:00
12:30-3:00
2:30-5:00
4:30-6:00
6;00-7:00 Tear down/ cleaning time
