Registration/Check Out:
As a REGISTRATION VOLUNTEER you’ll greet and register guests as they arrive, sharing table assignments and important event information. Includes answering questions about the event, checking guests out and distributing auction winnings at the end of the night.
Shift takes place from 2:30pm-7:30pm
Mobile Bidding Assistant: As a MOBILE BIDDING VOLUNTEER you’ll work closely with registration volunteers to greet and check in guests, signing them up for mobile bidding and ensuring they are ready to use the mobile bidding app. Includes event night training with the mobile bidding app. Must be comfortable with technology and working with guests. Includes confirming live auction bids, and checking out guests at the end of the evening. Shift takes place from 2:30pm-7:30pm
Stage Assistant: As a STAGE ASSISTANT VOLUNTEER you'll assist speakers, Master of Ceremonies and Chefs with all stage proceedings. Includes handing out awards and directing speakers. Shift takes place from 4:30pm-8:30pm
Day of Event Set Up: As a DAY OF EVENT SET UP VOLUNTEER you'll assist in final event set up. Includes assisting with final table and chair placement, décor, signage, and props. Shift takes place from 8:00am-12:00pm
Balloon Pop 4: As a BALLOON POP VOLUNTEER you'll facilitate balloon pop game for guests. Must be highly engaging and willing to interact with guests, encouraging them to purchase chances to win. Includes assisting auctioneer with spotting auction bidders during formal program.
Shift takes place from 3:00pm-7:00pm
Photo Booth and Social Media:
As a PHOTO BOOTH AND SOCIAL MEDIA VOLUNTEER you'll: Encourage guests to take photos, assist them with photos on their phones as well as take photos on your phone which you will then upload later on social media. Also requires additional time immediately following event to upload images to social media and google album.
Shift takes place from 3:30pm-6:30pm
