Description

Bonding Thru Board Games has been established since May 2010. It is a K-State Research & Extension family program. Our mainly focus is to expose families in the community to utilize board games to spend quality time strengthening their connection in a fun and meaningful way. Playing board games will give the opportunity to have that face-to-face interaction, to be acknowledged, to feel part of others and to create bonding.  Ultimately will create a path where repetitive waves of understanding, compassion,  memories that last a life time, will get impregnated in the brain of that individual shaping his/her behavior and way of thinking towards himself and to others in his early years.

Volunteers will help teaching a family at a time a simple game from our program. We utilize Euro-Games or designer games in our program.
