Each volunteer/set of volunteers will meet with the house manager at the start of the shift and receive the list of reservations and the attendance tracking sheet. You may be asked to fold programs during down time. When audience members arrive, you will greet them, take their payment if they are a paying customer, mark them off on the attendance sheet (and reservation sheet if they had one), give them their program, and direct them where to go (waiting area or theatre, depending on time).

Working box office earns you a free ticket to the show the day/night you work, starting when your shift ends.
