You must be comfortable and knowledgeable about horses. 

You must know how to groom, pick hooves, tack and ride. 

This is not for someone who thinks they know to how to ride because they rode  their friends horse once or went on a trail ride. 

You must know how  to walk, trot and  canter a horse.

We have two horses that just need to be exercised. 

We have another which has been started under saddle but hasn't been worked with since September 2017.

There are always many things to do out here; such as fence and shelter building and repair, mowing the grass etc.

You will also have opportunities to interact with animals.

Your hours count as Community Service Hours.
