Bring your team together for a rewarding hands-on experience at Illuminations, one of Botanica’s longest-standing traditions! Corporate groups and teams are especially encouraged to join us in preparing the gardens for this magical event. Your group will help set up the luminaries along the lighting path by laying out lights, assembling fixtures, and positioning them in place. This is an outdoor, active project, and staff will provide training and guidance throughout the process.
Volunteer Day Details: Parking: Main parking lot at 701 N. Amidon
Check-In: Enter through the main entrance and let the receptionists know you’re here to volunteer. I’ll meet you in the lobby and connect you with your garden guide.
What to Bring/Wear: Comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes; water bottles recommended. Restrooms are available if you need to change onsite, though arriving ready to work is easiest.
After Your Shift: Explore and enjoy the gardens once your volunteer shift is complete!
