Who We Are
We are a local nonprofit 501(c)(3) health and social services organization focused on improving the health and lives of residents of Sedgwick County, KS through improving access to services that impact social determinants of health.
What We Do
Our vision is a caring and compassionate continuum of care for all.
Our mission is to provide access to medical services for the underserved in our community in order to improve community health, one person at a time. We accomplish our mission by providing access to prescription medications, low-cost vision care and eye glasses, and diabetic supplies, and by connecting people to available health and social services in Sedgwick County.
