We are looking for caring volunteers to help provide childcare during our parent engagement classes and group sessions. Most opportunities are in the evenings and play a vital role in helping parents fully participate and succeed. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference for families in our community, we’d love to hear from you. Must be 18+. 

Volunteers answer the 24-hour helpline by listening carefully, offering problem-solving ideas, and referring callers to community resources that are best suited for their needs. Daytime calls are answered at the office (8 am - 5 pm), and evening calls are transferred to you through the answering service in your home. Flexible shifts and training provided. Work as little as ten hours per month. Must be 18+. 

Duties include keeping an inventory, mailings, maintaining database, setting up display of parenting information, keeping the library organized and stocked, providing assistance with the library newsletter and tracking client, program and outcomes data. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Rubberband and fill orders for child abuse prevention materials, count and tag pinwheels for child abuse prevention month, and mail fliers. Other various office tasks as needed.
