Fitness group classes to remind them of the appointment and location and how to get there. - Assisting with appointments, must be able to guide someone through the process for getting the emails and getting on the weblink. - Must be familiar with use of the internet and basic workings of computers and website use. - Call Veterans who have no-showed for MOVE! Fitness group classes appts. - Call Veteran’s whose Consults have been Discontinued. Should have basic enough office skills to maintain a list when the nutrition and dietary consults are cancelled. - Communicate with full time clerical employees regarding any appointments that need scheduled or for other scheduling changes on behalf of patients. - Inter-office communications- to pick up and drop off mail room packages; items produced in Medical Media and other areas of the hospital. - Mail packets to VVC participants – would need to have basic computer skills to Ship Ticket, thus would need access and use a computers system to find: Veteran’s address, phone and emails. - Assemble and mail packets for the MOVE!
