Potential Volunteer Assignments:
Two Time Slots: 8:30AM-12:00PM & 11:30AM-2:00PM
Lane Attendant
- Assist athltes in locating the lane to which they are assigned. Lane sheets will be distrubuted to each lane.
- Ensure all athletes scheduled to particular lane are on site and ready to bowl (shoes on, ball in return rack, etc.) at scheduled time.
- Assist athletes in bowling in their proper order according to the roster on the monitor.
- Remind coaches, parents, and other athletes that they are not allowed in the "pit" area while bowling is in session. No outside assistance is allowed unless bowler is utilizing a ramp.
- Asist athltes as needed but DO NOT BOWL FOR THEM. They may need help getting to the foul line to throw the ball, picking up their ball, or lining up their throw. NOTE: some athletes may not need any help. Be sure to ask before assuming.
Attire: Please dress for comfort and mobility. Wear comfortable shoes - you will be on your feet most of the time.
Parking: General parking is available at the venue.
For security purposes, please make sure to bring a current photo ID with you to the volunteer check-in area.
