Roles & Responsibilities Overview
Check-in/out
Assist guests when they come-in – register them with our online bidding
Assist guests when they check-out – take payments for auction items
Concierge Bidders
Assist guests that do not have smart phone to bid on silent auction items on our iPads
Assist guests that may need help with the bidding process (training will be provided).
Assist guest when auction closes with paying for their auction items on their phones or our iPads.
Wine Table
Pour samples of wine for guests.
Chef Tables
Serve samples of food for guests.
Games
Sell tickets and take payment for games through-out the evening.
