Event Set Up: 9:00am – 11:30am
Volunteers (2) Duties: Assist EP Staff with event set up including tables, chairs, linens, food and beverage, check in, photo stations, etc. This is an active job and requires person to be able to lift 25 pounds.
Guest Check - In: 10:30am - 2:00pm
Volunteers (2) Duties: Use guest list/table to check in pre-registered guests. Sell any remaining tickets. Hand out wristbands and direct attendees to event space. Must be comfortable using a tablet or iPad. This position does not require standing for long periods of time.
Event Staff: 10:30am - 2:00pm
Volunteers (3) Duties: Assist with clearing tables of trash, mixing new drink batches and refilling drink station, maintain organization of buffet area. This position requires standing and moving about. Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
Event Tear Down: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Volunteers (2) Duties: Assist EP Staff with event tear down including tables, chairs, linens, food and beverage, check in, and photo stations, etc. This is an active job and requires person to be able to lift 25 pounds
