Customer Care-Usher

Helpful volunteers staff the hospital to provide assistance to Veterans, families, visitors and arriving patients. Volunteers also provide escort services as needed, and offer directions to hospital visitors. Transport wheelchair patients and guest to and from wards, clinics, the lab and other parts of the medical facility. Deliver specimens, RX and supplies ect. Acting as a concierge (Escort Services).
