Volunteer: Juvenile Field Services Success Panel

We’re looking for passionate, community-minded individuals to volunteer with our Juvenile Field Services Success Panel — a powerful opportunity to inspire and empower youth on Intensive Probation. As a panel member, you’ll play a vital role in guiding young people toward a brighter future. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Support Youth Success – Help teens focus on completing probation and achieving meaningful personal goals.

Build Connections – Introduce them to local resources, opportunities, and networks within the community.

Promote Accountability – Encourage responsibility and personal growth through honest, constructive dialogue.

Shape Their Future – Collaborate with youth to create personalized Success Plans that reflect their hopes and ambitions.

Be Their Cheerleader – Celebrate their milestones and be a source of encouragement for them and their families.

Time Commitment? Minimal. Impact? Massive.
✅Just 2 hours, 3 times a year (or more if you’re inspired to do so!)
✅Panels are held 1–3 times a month on weekday afternoons or early evenings.
✅All you need: Attend a 2-hour orientation, pass a background check, and be 21 or   older.
