Wichita Family Crisis Center

The mission of Wichita Family Crisis Center is to eliminate domestic violence in our community by supporting survivors through shelter, education, and advocacy.
The Wichita Family Crisis Center has been changing lives and empowering victims of domestic violence since 1976. Formerly known as the YWCA Wichita – Women’s Crisis Center, the organization has served more than 20,000 victims of domestic violence in the last 40 years.
The Wichita Family Crisis Center provides comprehensive services for victims of sexual and domestic violence and sexual exploitation with the intent of increasing safety for victims, increasing accountability for perpetrators, and creating a community environment that recognizes these issues and works to prevent future occurrences.
