Daytime Food/Dining Hall Preparation

Help to prepare and cook 500-3000 meals from 11 am - 2 p.m. Mon -Fri or 12 pm - 3 pm Sat & Sun., under the direct supervision of the chef. Activities include cutting vegetables and fruits, preparing desserts and salads, assembling casseroles, setting up the hall for evening meal and dishwashing. Minimum age is 15 and must obtain a food handlers card at the Health Department.
